Before Your first Appointment with us-

We want to ensure that your time with us is a wonderful experience and that we give you the full WOW service.   We just have a few ground rules to make sure we get off to a great start! For new guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to allow time for us to get to know you better by getting your preferences and background information. For all guests, late arrival will mean we have to cut your treatment short as we can’t hold up the guest after you who has arrived on time so please try to be there in time to catch your breath and relax before your treatment.

 

Don’t Leave Us Hanging, Our Cancellation Policy-

Like many businesses, we rely on having our team happily booked to be able to price our treatments accordingly. If you cancel at short notice that means we have a period of time where we have costs of wages and running the business and most likely will have turned away other guests earlier, as we may not have time to resell your time slot. We require either a 50% deposit or valid voucher number to secure your appointment time with us on all our services over 30mins. 

We send out 2 appointment reminders, one by SMS 48 hours before your appointment, and one by email 24 hours before your appointment. 

All no-show clients, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged. All no-show and late cancellation clients will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments with us. 


Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment. 

 

On site parking?

PARKING is available onsite.

You are able to park in any of the parks located at 21 Bealey Avenue, Signed for Carlton Mews.

Ignore the 30 mins Parking Sign when you are in with us you don't have a limit. 

 

Can I bring my children or friends?

Due to the size of our salon rooms, hazardous equipment and insurance guidelines, it is not appropriate for children or friends to accompany you in your appointment room, however your friends are able to wait in our lounge waiting area for you.

All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and eftpos and all treatments must be paid on or before the day you have them.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Nirvana Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are not valid with any other offer and / or special at Nirvana Beauty Lounge. 

Bartercard Clients

Bartercard is available to purchase gift vouchers and some select products.
APPOINTMENTS with a therapist are available to be booked Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm. (unless we are busy or have to many barter clients the day)
Late night appointment times and Saturday appointment times are only available if you have spoken to Hana to confirm.
Sunbed appointments are always available on Bartercard.We do not except Bartercard 1 week leading up to easter, throughout cup and Show week and the last 2 weeks leading up to Christmas. (Unless confirmed with Hana herself)

Appointments with Hana are not available unless you a regular of hers and have confirmed with her. Microblading is 50% bartercard- 50% cash.

We have the right to not accept bartered at anytime due to booking numbers. So please check before hand to confirm Bartercard is ok to use that day.
