Red Light Therapy Bed
A red light therapy bed (Photo biomodulation or PBM bed) uses low-level light therapy to promote healing, reduce inflammation, enhance cellular function, treats eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and reduces acne bacteria.
By emitting specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, it penetrates deep into tissues, stimulating energy production and cellular repair.
This non-invasive treatment is commonly used for muscle recovery, pain relief, and improving skin health. The PBM bed is an advanced tool for supporting overall wellness and accelerating recovery after physical activity or injury.
Our red light therapy red works fantastically well in conjunction with our Cryochamber as a form of contrast therapy.
The benefits of contrast therapy include:
Improved circulation:Alternating between heat and cold can create a pumping action in blood vessels, improving overall blood flow.
Reduced muscle soreness: It helps reduce the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) that occurs after intense exercise.
Faster recovery: By reducing inflammation and improving circulation, it can help athletes or patients recover quicker from injuries or intense workouts.
Pain relief: It can provide temporary relief for joint or muscle pain.
Improved sleep: contrast therapy can have a tremendous, positive affect on a persons sleep behaviours.
Treats Eczema, Psoriasis & Rosacea: helps with reducing inflammation, soothing irritated skin, and promoting healing through improved cellular function.
Reduces acne bacteria: using specific wavelengths of light that can penetrate the skin and disrupt bacterial growth, creating an environment less favourable for harmful microbes.
